(一)設(shè)備用途：.該機(jī)主要用于將廢舊輪胎的胎冠及胎側(cè)切割成一定寬度的橡膠長(zhǎng)條。
(二)結(jié)構(gòu)與原理：
該機(jī)由一對(duì)刀片、減速機(jī)、機(jī)架和傳動(dòng)機(jī)構(gòu)等組成。其基本原理為：由減速機(jī)經(jīng)轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)機(jī)構(gòu)，帶動(dòng)二刀片做相對(duì)勻速運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)，促使二刀片形成剪切之勢(shì)，將物料置于兩刀片之間，向前移動(dòng)，以達(dá)到剪切效果。
(三)特點(diǎn)：
兩個(gè)園盤刀采用特殊金屬熱處理制成,堅(jiān)硬耐用，可多次修磨使用。

The unit is consist of a pair of knife, Speed reducer, frame and transmission.The principle is that Speed reducer through transmission, driving two knives constant speed operation and making two knives constitute a trend of shear, the material placed between the two knives, move forward to achieve the shear effect.
Characteristic:
Disc knife is made using a special metal heat treatment,high hard and wearable ,is durable.
