1．支票的概念
支票是指以銀行為付款人的即期匯票（A cheque is a bill of exchange drawn bank payable on damand）。具體來(lái)說(shuō)，支票是銀行存款戶對(duì)銀行簽 發(fā)的授權(quán)銀行對(duì)某人或其指定人或執(zhí)票來(lái)人即期支付一定金額的無(wú)條件書面支付命令。
A cheque is an unconditional order In writing addressed by the customer（the Drawer）to a bank（the Drawee）signed by that customer authorizing the bank to pay on demand a specified sum of money to or to the order of a named person or to bearer （the Payee）．
